This villa features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The open living and dining area creates a spacious, inviting atmosphere, and the sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony with breathtaking oceanfront views and a glimpse of the pristine oceanfront pool.

    The bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the living area includes a queen-size sofa sleeper, providing ample space for relaxation and accommodating additional guests.

    Located on South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes is just a short stroll from Coligny Plaza, where you’ll find a variety of shops and dining options. The property is an oceanfront gem situated about 70 yards from the beach, and each villa comes with wireless internet service for your convenience.

    Enjoy year-round access to the heated oceanfront pool, set to a comfortable 82 degrees. The pool is open daily from 9 AM to sunset, ensuring you can unwind and take a refreshing swim whenever you desire.

Infrastructure not up to par

The unit itself was as advertised, I booked late and didn't expect my normal accommodations, but, the shower door was broken with a "in progress" sign on it, I was there 3 days...the one elevator was old and cranky,several of the floor lights were missing, the last inspection was over a year ago, and low an behold, it broke down on my last morning, leaving me to lug my belongings down 4 floors. But never mind me, it was a heavy check-in day, my wife and I helped an older couple with the groceries to the 4th floor.

Often dirty ,and 1 day was tainted with fish odor that attached to your clothing due to 3 fishermen.. Also regarding the pool, advertising photos for the Ocean Dunes showed both pools, however, the pool next door was for their guests only..

A perfect Honeymoon

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 2nd best part of getting married is spending it with your brand new (mr or mrs). My wife And I were blessed to be able to stay in this unit. It not only brought the most perfect view of the beach, was within 1 minute walking distance to the sand, impeccably clean and it felt like home. We enjoyed a extra long stay in unit 413 and honestly, it felt like we had lived there forever. The bathroom was beautiful with its tile / stone work, the bed was soft and comfortable, kitchen was the perfect size and even had room for our families to come over. Couldn't Imagine a greater way to spend the honeymoon than in our favorite place with a relaxed view and southern charm. Thank you to the whole staff and our point of contact Jimmy for Going the extra mile! A friendly face to begin our new adventure together made it even more memorable! 5 stars all around!

I was a little disappointed to have a soiled quilt on our bed as well as bright lipstick on the blanket. I wear long lasting lipstick, it doesn't rub off. Staff was very good about bringing clean items to our room. Again, this is the first time in all of the years of staying there to have a problem.
