Summary:
This beachfront rental comes with the HH Island Rentals Advantage. Four beach chairs, a beach cart, four beach towels and new kitchen amenities including salt, pepper, cooking spray and seasoning salt.

Only steps from the sand, this renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is the perfect couples retreat or family vacation spot. With an ocean front location, this complex is only steps from the sand and a short walk to Coligny Plaza. Everything you need is here for your perfect beach getaway.

The Space:
This upgraded one bedroom unit includes an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The remodeled bathroom features a luxury tub/shower combo. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and features its own climate controlled AC unit. The hallway has two built-in bunks to provide a clubhouse feel for the kids, and the living area has a full sleeper sofa to accommodate a total of 5 guests.

This is the perfect location to park the car and put on your flip-flops. A short walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and dining, Low Country Celebration Park with features and events for all ages, and the beach is just steps from your unit.

The complex features two pools, a sun deck for guests, outdoor shower to wash off the sand and free parking. The private balcony provides the perfect location for a morning cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Spring Break

We had a lovely time here this week! The listing was very accurate, and the unit had some nice upgrades. It could benefit from a deep cleaning, but was otherwise nice. The property management team was fabulous, communicated promptly and answered all of our questions about the unit very swiftly. Overall, our stay was very nice.

Perfect Size

Was the perfect size for a family of 4! Close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Well stocked on beach gear like a wagon and chairs. Only minor inconvenience was there were only 4 of each place setting (plates, cups, silverware). Understand it's a rental and limited on space, but with a family of 4 eating 2-3 meals a day in the condo, we ran out of clean dishes and silverware quickly. Otherwise, this was a great condo and we would definitely rent again! The fridge started leaking and the property manager was really responsive and got us extra towels quickly.

Great location

We love staying in sea side, this was our third visit but first time in this condo. I had been remodeled recently and has nice updates done. Most everything you could need is provided like beach wagon, towels, toys, plenty of beach chairs, cooler and even ice. We would definitely stay again. Only thing that could possibly be changed would be adding soap in the dispensers, k-cups, and a little better vacuum to tidy up through the stay. Really appreciate the great communication and can’t wait to come back!
