This beautiful home is in a great location on a cul-de-sac close to the beach.
As you enter the home you are greeted with an open living room with high ceilings and a wall of windows looking out onto the screened pool. The living room offers a large sectional sofa and 75" Roku TV mounted above the fireplace {not available for use}. Adjacent to the living room, there’s a cozy private den that promises comfort and privacy! Equipped with a blue sofa and a table with four chairs, it’s the perfect spot for some quiet relaxation. Plus, you can close the doors to enjoy your own serene retreat away from the rest of the home!
To the left of the foyer is the kitchen, dining area, additional living room and laundry room. The second living room has grey sofa, two blue armchairs and 65" Roku TV. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, white quartz counter-tops, farmhouse sink and seating for four guests at the large island. The dining area, that seats eight more guests, has a beautiful oval wood table with high back chairs making it the perfect place for families to gather!
On the other side of the home are the four bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds w/ trundles, 50" Roku TV and private bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo. Across the hall is another guest room with two queen beds, 50" Roku TV and private bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.
At the end of the hallway, to the left, is a third guest room with king bed, 50" Roku TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The primary bedroom is located at the very back of the home. This spacious room has a king bed, 65" Roku TV and large walk-in closet that connects to the private bathroom. The bathroom offers a double vanity, beautiful garden tub and separate walk-in shower.
Head outside to your backyard oasis! The large, fully screened pool is the perfect place to cool off after a day at the beach! The pool deck has a outdoor dining table with four chairs and four pool loungers. Just outside the screened pool area is the propane grill and a private yard for the kids to play!
This home has everything you need to relax on a family vacation with the convenience to South Beach Marina and other Hilton Head Island resorts activities, such as biking, tennis, golf and water sports.
