Very nice location. Just a 15 minute walk to Coligny Park and shopping area. Overall the facility and grounds are well maintained. The pool, although a bit small, is heated and kept clean. Very short walk to the beach with an access path by the pool. The view was perfect; you could sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sound of the waves. Our condo was VERY damp and had a musty smell that could not be ignored. I would really recommend a dehumidifier to protect the furniture and fabrics. Everything was damp ALL the time. Towels don’t dry hanging on the racks. However, It was clean when we arrived and had plenty of utensils and dishes in the kitchen and there were games and books available for visitors. Strangely enough we didn’t experience the usual hodgepodge of leftover supplies that guest leave when visiting like salt & pepper shakers. So that was disappointing but not the end of the world Also would have loved to have had access to a couple of beach chairs so that we didn’t need to rent of buy them. The musty smell is makes it a 4 star and given the option I would have probably rated this a 3.5 star.
