This popular waterfront Hilton Head home offers two living spaces, a kitchen to create traditional family vacation recipes, 3 bedrooms each with their own bath, a washer and dryer for your laundry needs and an inviting backyard equipped with a pool, lounge furniture, and a lagoon to fish in. **Fireplace is not for guest use.**

If adventure is more your style, try your hand on the greens of three golf courses on the plantation. Or, challenge your friends to a tennis match on one of 25 courts or kayak through the 11 miles of lagoon system just steps away. Bikes are available for rent just down the street and you can dip your toes in three miles of white sandy beach less than a seven-minute walk away.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
