This luxurious 5 bedroom, 5 bath home is located in the Sea Pines community only three rows away from the ocean. It is very spacious and has an open floor plan. As you enter the home you walk into the living room where there is a sofa and three chairs. There is a 65” Roku TV mounted over the fireplace and the bookshelves are full of books, games and puzzles for your family’s enjoyment. There is a relaxing sitting area over by the windows that overlook the pool deck. Here there is a love seat and two chairs. Through the French style doors you can access the backyard or if you go up a few stairs you will find the master suite where there is a king bed, a twin bed and 43” Roku TV. There is a private bathroom with two separate vanities, a soaker tub and walk-in shower.

The dining room has a white, glass topped table that seats eight. This leads you into the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and wine fridge. There are three bar stools at the countertop for you to sit and watch the chef prepare your favorite meal. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. You can exit to the backyard from either the dining room or living room.

Once outside you will find plenty of seating for meals and relaxation by the pool. There is a round umbrella table that seats six, two lounge chairs, a patio L-shaped couch and chair plus a Weber grill for your outdoor dining.

Back inside, to the left of the main entrance, is where the remaining four bedrooms are. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a twin day bed with twin trundle and a 43” Roku TV. This room shares a bathroom with the room next door. The bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower with bench seat. The next bedroom has a king bed and 55” Roku TV. The last bedroom on this floor has a queen bed and 43” TV. The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. In the hall you will find another bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. On the second floor is the last bedroom with a queen and twin bed and 43” SMART TV and a private bath behind the sliding barn door with a walk-in shower and bench seat.

This home is very spacious and has plenty of room to entertain inside and out. You are also within a short walk to the beach. The Sea Pines community has many amenities with three championship golf courses, five miles of white sandy beaches, a 600 acre forest preserve and an abundance of tennis courts, swimming pools and bike paths. There is something to please guests of all ages.
