I cannot recommend this property enough! The location was incredibly convenient (seriously steps from the beach). It was clean and incredibly well stocked!

Perfection

One of the rare instances the house was even better than the pictures portrayed. Absolutely loved this house. The large family room, large kitchen, and comfortable leather couches. The bedrooms are huge and only a block away from the beach for several morning and afternoon walks. Plus all the restaurants are within minutes not to mention walking distance from coligney circle.

Almost perfect

Other than a very strong mildew smell in the sun room the property was very nice. The property was in a very convenient location to the beach , shopping , airport and restaurants. There were more amenities than were listed that were a pleasant surprise.

Great week

We had a great time staying on Quail Street. The beach was directly across the street which made it so nice to go to the beach during the day and only have to cross the street to get home. The bikes were also great for the kids. The house provided plenty of room and space for our group over fall break. We hope to stay again next year!

Wonderful house with very easy access to the beach

We had a great stay. Kitchen is well furnished. All beds were comfortable. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating for all. Would definitely go back to this house. Pool was clean and well maintained.

No dishwasher for half the week

The place is nice, but the high price of property does not mean the appliances aren't about to break and if they do they are not going to expedite anything. For the price of this place anything that malfunctions should be fixed or replace the next day.

7 Quail in a tropical storm

This is a great house in a great location. Residential beach area far enough from resorts to be quiet and not crowded on the beach. Like most beach rentals, there were some issues. Any called in to Vacation Company were quickly taken care of. A bit disappointed that a clean up crew never came after a mid-week tropical storm rocked the place with 80 mph winds but I am sure they had their hands full and we did not push the issue. Beach access very close and convenient.

Great home away from home!

We enjoyed the awesome location and the roominess of this home. Two of our group were working remotely during part of our stay and there was ample space for them to find a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the others’ comings and goings. Our only complaint was the first floor refrigerator was not very cold. Luckily, there was an extra in the garage! Loved the outdoor eating area and the pool. We were able to childproof areas enough so the adults could relax knowing the little guys were close by.

Excellent property & location!!!

We had never been to Hilton Head and were not sure what to expect. The property was exceptional in size, amenities and location. Pictures are accurate but the property is better than expected.

family trip

house was as advertised. Fit our family of 9; plenty of space and rooms. 2 minute walk to beach. had a great time. Did feel the kitchen was not as clean as should be. The pool was a little dirty. I did question why only the bottom half of the upstairs master bath shower was clean. The top half grout lines were all black??? overall a great stay and enloyed our stay.

Couldn't be happier

We very much enjoyed our stay at #7 Quail. Very roomy home! Love the wrap around porch! Easy access to the beach. If we get to stay here next year we will heat the pool (didn't realize that was an option until the end of our stay) Wish the hot tub had been working but unexpected things happen and management did work to get it fixed. We were able to enjoy it our last day there. The only thing that would help us in the future is if the internet would run more consistently. Thank you for opening your home to us, we tried to take care of it as we would our own.
