Amazing views from this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, and is located on the fourth floor. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms all have a bright beachy vibe. For your convenience, the laundry is in the kitchen. This villa has it all with the beach just a few sandy steps away!

Fun at Folly Field

Condo was very well appointed. We had everything we needed! Beds and furniture very comfortable. Check in process was easy. We had no issues during our stay. I do wish we had known that most of the beach in front of the resort was a non-designated swimming area. I would like to recommend putting in your informational binder, which was fabulously informative, about reserving pickle ball and tennis courts. Our girls were treated rudely by the staff member at the club house when trying to do so. This was of course no fault of the owner!The condo is also beautifully decorated!! We loved the decor.

Another perfect week at Hilton Head

The condo was great. Clean. Well equipped. Spacious. Great views. The host had great communication and was very responsive. They even left some little goodies for us which we enjoyed throughout the week. We wouldn't hesitate to stay that this property again. Thank you for a great week.

Loved this condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was clean and cozy with a beautiful view of the ocean. I liked its location on Hilton Head and the proximity of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation

We found this listing online and had high hopes. But boy did this property blow our expectations out of the water. Not only was the unit beautiful, clean, full of extras - we listened to the waves crash all night. It was magical. Just what we wanted and more from our Hilton Head vacation. Five stars - we WILL be back again!

Hurricane Debby

During our stay, Hurricane Debby significantly impacted our plans, leading us to spend more time in the condo than we had anticipated. Despite the storm's challenges, the condo was a fantastic place to be. It was well-stocked with everything we needed and provided a comfortable retreat from the weather. The main issue was that the unit is on the 4th floor, and due to the storm, the elevator was out of service for almost two full days. This was a bit inconvenient, especially with a (1) year old, but we understand this was beyond the property owner’s control. On the bright side, the condo’s location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to the beach, playground, splash pad, and pool area. Even with the weather hiccups, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this condo again. Here’s hoping for better weather on our next visit!

Perfect Family Getaway

Great condo, perfect for my wife, my adult age daughter, and myself. Granted we visited in early May, but the beach was beautiful, less than 5 minute walk from the condo to the sand, more remote end of Hilton Head so no crowding. Overall just what we were looking for, a quiet and simple family get away to the beach.

Excellent Stay

The unit is perfectly located. Easy walk to beach and pool. Great view from balcony. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and then some. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach front condo!

Perfect location. Loved the view. Very comfortable, spacious condo with plenty of storage in kitchen and bedroom closets. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need as far as utensils, dishes, cookware, Tupperware, etc. -we really appreciated that! We also appreciated all of the hangers! Often we find about 5 hangers in a rental which is never enough. A downside for us was the lack of window screens in the master bedroom and on the sliding door. We love to have the windows open especially at night- we’re at the ocean and want to listen to those waves! We didn’t have the AC on at all and it was perfect open window weather. The couch and the carpet could be updated as they’re pretty tired and well-worn.

Great vacation spot

The Island Club is right on the ocean and this unit has wonderful views of sunrise and the beach at all times of the day. Tennis and pickle ball just steps away. This unit is nicely furnished and has a well equipped kitchen.
