This hotel is in an ideal location and it is the best feature overall. The rooms definitely need renovations, especially for the costs of the stay. Beach House Resort Hilton Head
The staff was great. Our room was dated and had cockroaches in the bathroom. They did move us but hard to forget. Restaurant and pool are very nice. Great to be so close to the beach and the Tiki Hut was fun with great music.

The price published in Hotels is a trap!!!, it stated that includes all taxes &fees but at arrival they charge you $25 fee which turns out to be $38 at check out because there are other fees involved.
