"The property is very run down, and our room was very dirty. To top that off, we were woken up at 7:30 AM to someone blasting their bass in a car just outside the window for several minutes. Overall, the worst experience I have had at a hotel in years. I do have to say that the staff was very helpful however, and were able to refund my stay. They were nice, friendly, and apologized for the experience."

The communication with the host was great, the checkin and checkout process very easy, and the home was wonderful. It was very clean and equipped with all the essentials. The location is great. A close walk to the school or the downtown area. Overall a wonderful experience. "
