The check in was quick and easy. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Booking a shuttle to the cruise ship was seamless. Would stay again

The property is old but well maintained. Great location near the port. There is a Publix and several restaurants across the street. Convenient location and great for a short stay.

Everything was perfect, my only criticism is that the parking is mostly not very baggage friendly, when tout need to move your suitcases from your cars into/ of the hotel

Bed was extremely ubcomfortable, and the pictures arent close to reality. Staff where nice. The landlord special paint job and walmart fortune really hurts this hotels potential.

It was clean and within walking distance of the Beach. The only thing is the Palms is the name of the Building not the actual hotel which is called Hollywood which we thaught we where t the wrong place. It was another resident which walked us to the office which the GPS address seems to drop us off ...

There was a fair amount of seaweed on the beach and I found the sand was hard to walk in because the sand was loosely packed. Not a beach suitable for a power walk or a run. The Pier is and surrounding commercial area is not open yet.
