"This was our second stay, I was disappointed at this last vacation and even more because my first visit was such a great experience. Our room wasn’t the one I thought I was booking, the description was misleading to understand what “kind” I was choosing. Wasn’t able to switch at time of check due to pre-registering, which I had never done but thought “how convienent”. Our bathroom had no shampoo or body soap in the tub which was a lovely surprise once a person had gone into the shower and soaked their hair only to realize "

"It's clear why this place has great reviews. It was cozy, clean, beautifully furnished, and had little touches everywhere that made the place feel homey and welcoming. My partner and I were there for a writing retreat and it was perfect. It was quiet, bright, and the space was perfect. The hot tub was clean, hot, and the perfect end to long days of writing. The hosts are awesome, super responsive and cool people. We'll definitely be back, can't recommend this place enough."

"There was two foot of snow on the entrance leading from the road to the door. Was unable to bring groceries and, luggage into the cottage. So I just left. I contacted Lena and, asked if I could at least have half off since I’m not staying there and she refused. Said she wasn’t responsible for the snow removal. I was unaware that I needed to bring a snow shovel. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO before and I am not impressed. I just went home and didn’t spend the weekend. So she better not say that anything was wrong with the condo. "

"The entire thing! The bunker is cozy and warm, perfect size , I was alone. Anything I needed was already there!!! Even coffee which was perfect as I’m a caffeine addict , it allowed me to relax with a cup of coffee after my drive , before running for few groceries!! The host is wonderful!! She is attentive and responds to any questions quickly!! "
