"The sheets were way over bleached and burned my skin. The bed is way too soft and the sofa is uneven and sinks. The area is quite scary especially at night, and it is surrounded by vacant lots and construction zones. Most of the other stores in this building are closed, and homeless people walking around. The cleaning products use have a distinctively bad smell that even the air conditioning couldn’t eliminate, and the air conditioners are so loud you can’t hear the tv if they are running."

The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. "The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."

"We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. "I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RATE THIS PLACE BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS FRAUDULENT!!! There is an entire family living in this home!! I was scammed out of my money & VRBO did not accommodate me for their mess up on a 900 mile trip. Site is not to be trusted and they gave no strrrm put in place for situations like this except to keep spending money."

"We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff was polite and the hotel was quiet. The only issue was limited parking. The parking lot was full despite guests checking out as we were checking in."

"The Hyatt Place was a good deal considering how expensive NYC area lodging is and very nice too boot. Pretty conveniently located, as well: two miles the Metro-North Rail or a bus ride to the NYC subway. It's built into the parking lot of an evolving mall, with plenty of amenities (if not the charm of a real city). Free breakfast was above average. Front desk staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Other employees were helpful and friendly as well. Some amenities and features are aging (the gym, the sliding bathroom door in our room), but overall the hotel is good shape and comfortable."
