「This hotel is currently under major renovations. We were told we were some of the first guests to stay during their "soft opening". We stayed in the king room with the soaking tub and it was delightful. Upon checkin, we were offered by Keith to have our bags carried up, as the elevator is currently out of service. We managed ourselves, but it was a nice gesture! The room smelled brand new! We had one small hiccup with the shower head, and while we went to dinner Keith went and addressed the...

「Great location right on Paradox Bay which leads into Lake Placid. The room was nice with great amenities. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the dock with the usage of the kayaks, paddle boards and canoe. Pool was open, but did not use it.」

「Needs an upgrade and the staff were not friendly or helpful. They could careless if had any issues and said no manager was there to help me with a valid complaint. The beds were horrible too.」

「Planned our stay a couple days in advance and The Haus was good for what we needed. Conveniently located downtown and the parking was not too far away with easy access in and out. The unit was clean and it was nice having more of a suite feel than just a hotel room. Overall, we had a nice stay.」
