Уютное, чистое место со всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха, в пешей доступности от алкомаркета, супермаркетов, пляжей и вокзалов. Единственное, к чему сложно было привыкнуть - рядом железная дорога и поезда слышно даже с закрытыми окнами, как они гудят. Хозяева доброжелательные, помогали во всех вопросах. Идеальное соотношение цена/качество в Хиккадуве. Завтраки яичница, сок, кофе и тосты, однообразно, но вкусно

Ajith and his whole family were the most kind and helpfull hosts. There was nothing they wouldn't have helped us with. We felt like home and became almost a part of the family during the three week stay. Our wellbeing really was their interest. Our rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast very tasty every morning. The only minus was that our rooms were cleaned about once a week, not daily as it was told on booking.com. There was no need for a daily cleaning for us but it would be advicible to introduce that correctly on the website.We hope to return to Avon Villa and meet the family again!

European service in Sri Lanka

clean and comfortable villa. European-style rooms are clean, there is a safe and air conditioning, which is very quiet. The friendly owner of the villa with his wife, always help on any issue. Pool around the clock with colorful lights. Breakfast is very tasty and varied. Recommend.

Good location and hotel

Good location, really close to the Hikkaduwa beach. There's also a nice pool in the hotel for those who prefer that to the beach. There are restaurants and shopping in the are. The hosts are really serviceminded and with a big smile om their faces. You have everything you need in the room and great WiFi-connection.

Give it a miss

Where do I start given wrong room next morning moved into right room no hot water for all my nights asked about it no sun to heat panels was the answer had to ask for clean towels and bed linnen no fridge in room broke no TV awaiting engineering bloke breakfast was to be full English tea and toast with juice front desk is not 24hr left most evenings awaited 3 hrs to get iron to nightmare nice people but very disorganized to get to beach you must cross railway lines .enough said not a happy person

Rundresa på södra SriLanka.

Fantastiskt värdpar, i fint hus med egen pool. Ligger avskilt men ändå nära till centrum och tågstation. Problemet var en plastad säng som vi kunde fixa själva, men en bullrande AC, som inte gav kyla nog. Varmt, sov illa, och det är ju ändå det som är huvudmålet med ett hotellrum, att man kan sova bra. Varmaste rummet på resan. Bokningen var med AC.

Mysig villa med stil

Supertrevlig familj som har den här villan. De bor själva på nedervåningen och sen finns det ett antal rum på övervåningen för gästerna. Härlig pool och fin frukost framdukas varje morgon. Villan i sig är en vacker byggnad som känns väl omhändertagen. Fräscht badrum och fungerade fläkt och AC.

Fanrastic

Mr Ajith and his wife are very kind and helpful couple. We here for four nights. The Place is very clean the beds were very comfortable and modern showeroom with hot water. The breakfast was delicious and filling served with fresh juices. This is a family run hotel only 200 meters to the beach. Mr. Ajith wife made honey banana pancakes a surprise for my wife birthday. This a small hotel with 5* service.
