"We got 2 rooms and had to change 1 room due to being filthy, stains and a live roach! When we went to front desk to switch rooms, he didnt apologize, act surprised, just huffed and moved the room. Our other room was fair. The sink stopped up and never drained, the lamps were stained, tub was rusted, bathroom in lobby was dirty, no soap or towels, breakfast was poor. We had to make our own grits, eggs were a patty, the containers that held food was broken, not enough chairs to sit and the whole place smelled like WEED! We tried to look elsewhere but no openings for 6 people due to the parade. We have stayed here twice, 1st time was nice 5 yrs ago but never again! "

"The room was clean and bed was comfy. The guy at the front desk evening shift was very friendly and took care of all my concerns.The area was safe. The breakfast was just okay. I will definitely stay again!"

"Hallway ac units was not working. And ice machines was not working. "

"The first night we arrived the AC unit wouldn’t turn on. I called the number and was told someone would come take a look. Move ever did come and when I tried to call again no answer. Then the second night when we came back to room there were no parking spots so we called and answering service told us they would contact property management and call us back. We got a call back telling us we could park out front of the property. That’s not what we payed for. We paid for the secured parking behind the code access only gate. Also it’s not advertised anywhere that room cleaning is an additional fee. However once you check in you find out that room cleaning is an additional charge otherwise they direct you to laundry room for mom etc. Wouldn’t stay again "

"The room I was put in had no working tv for hours before I was finally moved to a room with no working air and then moved again and the room had a dresser with two drawers missing the furniture was literally falling apart particle board chips all over the floor it was awful. Then they didn’t even give me a key for that last room. It was so late I didn’t say anything else I just went to sleep so I could get out of there as early as possible the following morning."
