I hate to say it, but the place left a lot to be desired. I intended to stay for two nights, and I left after the first. The photos on the website are not representative of the average experience, I’ll say that much. Maybe it’s someone’s cup of tea, but I’ll pass next time. For what it’s worth, the lady who serviced me was extremely kind. I just wish the owners would get it together.

You pay for what you get. The bathroom (specifically the tub) was horrible, so my roommate and I just cleaned using the water and towels instead of actually stepping into the tub then every night I key wouldn’t work. We’d get it recalibrated and still each time it wouldn’t work. It sucked even more cause it was real cold at night. But service was kind and happy to help us out each time. Wouldn’t be my first choice of stay, but it gets the job done!

The hotel was outright not what I was expecting... Which I should have checked the reviews... The rooms was bad . Everything in the rooms was broken beds with stains.... dressers , no hot water..the smell was awful.. But the manager was excellent outstanding Ms. Tahiti. She a blessing to that property... Ms. Tahiti made her self available to every call questions.... She made a mess up situation into a treasured memory

i wish i could rate 0 stars, there were holes in the curtains and they used bandages to hold it together, also holes in the bathroom door. shower curtain was ripped. stayed for 4 days and no refrigerator, cigarette burns on the pillow cases and sheets. DO NOT RECOMMEND

There was a fight in the room next to mine, loud noise, people arguing, yelling, running up and down the hallway. It all happened between 2 and 4 am. I could not call the front desk because there is no phone in the room. I almost called because I was afraid soneone could be killed. There was not light in the room, the light bulbs were burned out. I reported upon checkin but they did not fix it. Bad, strong smell of marihuana, I saw people smoking weed in the hallway and in the parking lot. The room smelled terrible inside, there was no trask can in the room. They did not make the beds.

I want my money to be returned. They should close down that motel. I have not smart key. After trying different rooms No smart key work to open the room door. He told me that only have a master key. Also not fire smoke alarm inside. The TV did not work. Not remote control. Place looks unsafe. I was afraid to go outside. Not hair dryer. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. I could not get any other motel in the area, so I have no choice to stay there for a night. Please I need my full money back or at least half and let the owner to fix things or closed down that Motel. Thank you

The chemicals they used to “clean the room” had us choking and gagging like they cleaned it with MACE. The dresser was suppose to have 6 drawers but it only had 2 and they was broken. One of the headboards had a sucked on peppermint lefted on the headboard. The tv or air did not work… the ONLY reason I stayed there was because all the other rooms was $500 and up a night for Mardi Gras and these ppl was $150 but I guess u get what u pay for but NEVER AGAIN
