"Zero issues. Communication was great. House was as expected. You can tell it’s ac rental and not someone’s home. Appreciated that the decor was simple and largely contained to the walls and avoid anything breakable accidentally getting broke (big plus with kids). The amenities were a huge plus. Included in the stay was pickle ball, basketball, volleyball, huge water park, decent mini golf, small arcade in the clubhouse…. What more could you want? I hosted a group of teenage girl’s celebrating a birthday. Was perfect for them. The arcade room in the house was a nice feature. Couple small issues with one of the driving games not working but otherwise, the kids had a blast in there. I personally liked the the skeeball and air hockey table (winner!!)Kitchen stocked with essentials. Loved the large kitchen table where everyone could gather, eat, play games.Beds were super comfy.Overall…. Great choice and would recommend to others!"

"Mrs. Alvarez was a wonderful host. We were traveling with two special needs young adults. Dulce accommodated us by allowing us into the home a little early which was incredibly helpful due to us flying in early. Due to the unusually cold temperatures, Dulce was kind enough to check on us and ask if we needed additional blankets and brought them to us. The house was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. "
