「帰りの車の予約日が誤って登録されていて困っていたところ、コンシェルジュの方があちらこちらに連絡してくれ、なんとか帰ることが出来ました。英語をうまく話せず1人旅であったため非常に不安でしたが、１時間もの間親身になり車を手配してくださいました。ホテル全体も温かな雰囲気で楽しいひとときを過ごしました。ベトナム料理のレストランも、美味しかったです。」

「Beautiful town and experience. WiFi was questionable and not working when we arrived. Staff went over any unexpected lengths to get us connected. Offered and got us WiFi calling till their WiFi was working again. Amazing experience and would definitely go again if we go back to Ski slopes in that area」

「Mein Haus was very clean, with spacious and affordable accommodations for our ski weekend stay near Vail/Beaver Creek. Tamera was very kind and made a delicious breakfast for us. We found the other guests staying to be friendly and considerate as well. 」
