Both front desk employees looked like asking for simple part of their job task was an issue. Blankets and pillows covered in pet hair, bleached blankets. Had to switch rooms same night because the AC didn’t work as well as the other room. The doors didn’t even lock so anyone could’ve barged in. We had to request cleaning service even though there’s a tag to put on the door for it. The hot water didn’t work, pool was closed. Tub looked like the paint was chipping. The rooms smelled like old wet rug/damp clothes. The price was definitely not worth the stay. Mini fridge was super frozen and the other one was dirty.

The check process was terrible! I had no idea it was “unmanned”, needed a security link, etc. When I booked it.

For the price, this room was a good value. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The air conditioning in the room was typical of older hotels (humid room because it was kicking on and off). Breakfast was very basic with waffle maker and toaster. There was on site laundry, ice makers and water dispenser.
