(Pardon as I can’t recall the other gentlemen’s name) Ryan was so welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. The attention to detail truly elevated the entire visit. "I booked the Renaissance because it’s slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main square, yet still part of the Historic District. The hotel, itself is lovely and has great amenities. The bed may well be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and that counts for a lot after a long day of exploring. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful i would definitely recommend it to any one visiting Historic St. Augustine, FL."

" I love this place. I wish I had known I would’ve stayed another night. The lighting around the property was beautiful, and our room was stunning. They even left us a little gift, a small ornament, which was such a thoughtful touch. They offer breakfast made by the chef, who is also the owner, but unfortunately we didn’t make it in time to try it. I’m sure it was amazing. We will definitely be coming back again."
