High Country Trails

Have stayed many times and love it our room had a nice view of the river and it was very quiet

I was impressed by the hotel and would stay there again. I had one minor fault in the room with a stuck plug in the bathroom basin but that was quickly rectified. Car parking was excellent and the house staff were excellent. About the only negatives were that the pillows were too big and it would have been better if a softer option was available - mind you I didn't ask so maybe one is available from the desk. The other issue was that I simply don't like the style where there is a sliding window between the bedroom and bathroom - it does transfer more light to the bathroom but if someone gets up in the middle of the night and turns a light on then it illuminates the bedroom....
