While planning to explore River Murray Towns on my way back to Adelaide from Sydney, Echuca was an ideal place to start. Being in the main centre of the city bordered by the Murray and Campaspe Rivers, Campaspe Lodge was ideal. Being at the back of the Echuca Hotel, the staff pre-warned about music and chatter, but being mid week and in a room towards the river, this was not a problem. The beautiful location and course, we were there for a wedding held at the resort, everything was amazing, especially the decorating of the reception room, it was beyond compare. All of the amazing little touches, table decorations, the cake, cannot say enough. Incredibly beautiful.

Location was great. Easy access to lots of trails and beautiful scenery.

The room was quiet and very large, with a sofa and table and chairs.

My wife and I stayed in Echuca for my brother's wedding. We stayed for two nights at this lodge primarily to use the WiFi to complete work while we were on the road: we were able to do exactly what we needed to do in peace and comfort with no issues at all. The Pevensey is conveniently located within walking distance of Echuca's city center and local shops and restaurants and parking is enough for the 20 lodges that make up the complex. Everyone there was warm and friendly. The room was beautiful and breakfast very nice. Centrally located for day trips. There aren’t really restaurants or groceries within walking distance if that’s important to you. Would definitely go back. Only down side is voices carry a bit so if you have a neighbor that’s not considerate you will hear them.

I visited in early Nov'18 with my wife and 18 months old baby, and my experience has been really wonderful. Hotel is located in a very beautiful and peaceful setting. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and professional in their conduct. They even provided a can of milk for our baby at night and did not charge anything even after asking which was a very nice gesture. Would definitely recommend!
