"Our 4 night trip to this special place exceeded all expectations . The accommodation and amenities are everything you would expect from a luxury hotel but what sets it apart are the staff . Everyone we spoke to from the Restaurant and Pool staff to the Managers were local people who live in the nearby villages and genuinely love where they work and how they are treated .They are happy to share their own stories and make it clear that they only want the guests to enjoy their experience . We were treated to a room upgrade with magical views . Little things- complimentary mini-bar , free water and ice creams around the pool are great touch’s . The planting throughout the hotel is incredible - we will definately be returning"

"The architecture and decor of the property was beautiful and was also beautifully situated in the mountains. The 5 course dinner was exceptional and breakfast was incredible as well! You will be cared for with such love while you stay there."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely like to return some time very soon. The staff are without exception fantastic and couldn’t do more to make sure your stay is exactly what you want it to be. The scenery and surroundings are absolutely stunning and you can immerse yourself into the local culture very easily if that’s what you want to do or if you crave being in the hustle and bustle of the city then transport into Marrakech is easy to arrange."

He also gives tours, works the front desk and serves meals with kindness and care. The entire staff including his three brothers follow in his footsteps when it comes to delivery long impeccable and sophisticated, yet humble and embracing hospitality. Truly a rare treat for a family that has stayed in many of the most acclaimed properties in the world."

"We had a great 2 night stay specifically to do some hiking. These were easy walks in the foothills. If you don't walk then there is nothing else to do apart from relax. Hassan was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice served in the garden 😋 Only negative was the bed... I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor it was so HARD!"

"Beautiful location! Easy walking distance to the gorge. Fantastic views from the terrace across the valley. Walk could be a bit far with heavy luggage but perfectly ok with backpack or light wheelie. Staff helpful and friendly. Food decent!"
