Our crew really enjoyed our stay at the Funky Frog! Denise was a great host and the property was as described. Definitely a smaller cabin but perfect for our two night stay with two adults, a newborn, and a dog. Outdoor area was great if you wanted to entertain or have friends stop by for the day. Would recommend for a small family looking for a quiet retreat near the best lake in Michigan!

We took a rustic retreat to the family- budget- and pet-friendly Funky Frog Cabin up north this weekend. Quality time ✔ It was really cozy without feeling cramped. The Funky Frog and property owner Denise were absolutely amazing. The cabin had everything we needed and more; we’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and this one literally had everything from scissors and fans to firewood. We liked the fenced in yard for the dog. The loft was good for the kids. Amenities for the house were handy. We all did not like the NOISY air conditioner and having the fan buzzing all the time.
