"The staff was fantastic! Our room was not ready and we were surprisingly upgraded to an incredible suite! Everything about the room was amazing: the view, short walk to the rooftop bar, and the balcony!!! I cannot imagine a better room for a week in Traverse City. The only negative was it was surprisingly dirty. Considering the view, the windows really needed to be cleaned and the dust build up on the molding and carpet was disappointing. Overall, our experience at Park Place Hotel was excellent. We will stay there again without hesitation, especially if we can secure a 9th floor suite! "

"Wonderful and comfortable. I stay here as it is close to a dear friend who lives in the attached Cordia Sr Living. It’s perfect. We can walk to one another and dine and shop all in the Grand Traverse Commons. The grounds are safe and great for walking albeit maybe not during a January storm. Bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. Good coffee. Comfortable seating and lots of light and warmth. No other apartment looks directly into this unit. I will be back. "
