Amazing definitely a returning customer

A great unit for a family. Our favorite parts were the balcony, secure parking garage, and location. The building felt safe and the street/area was clean.

The room was clean and comfortable, a good view of the beach! The staff at the front desk were excellent! Friendly, extremely helpful, commendable! Location of Venice V hotel convenient, close to everything: restaurants, shops, Venice Pier, the canals, and Santa Monica Pier. Quite walkable, great for people watching! The hotel itself is historic and has that wonderful "old hotel" feel with wooden banisters and art deco entrance and elevator.

Very nice clean and pleasant place and the staff was 👍 great

On a positive: check in was relatively fast and accommodating, beautiful views of the ocean. On the other hand, room furniture was old, room was consistently not made up until early evening hours, phone calls for hotel services were not answered for up to 10 minutes, daily parking fees were unreasonably high.
