"The night attendant forgot which room she checked me into ! So while I was asleep my door opened and a stranger came in! While this awaken me, I wasn’t for sure if I was dreaming , so I let it slide and the next thing I knew my door was opening again , but this time I said can I help you and a voice came back with an apology? So I figured they realized I was in the room. The next thing I receive a phone call from the front desk asking me my name, which I told them and they said thank you? The next morning I questioned what had happen , which they explained they had book the room to someone else and accidentally gave me the room . When the person arrived they assigned her to my room and that’s how it happened! Long story long , the night person forgot which room she gave to me! No apologies? That’s all"

"I did not realize the upper bedrooms had very little ceiling space so it was a bit tough for my 6ft son to navigate that sleeping area, especially since he had hurt one of his knees. Hard to crawl around and he was not able to sit up in bed. I was also disappointed we could not get any of the Olympic games on the TV. Maybe I just did not know how to operate it for local stations. It was clean and well stocked for our stay and if it was just my husband and I staying I would rent it again. "

"The cabin was cozy and clean. It had everything we needed. And the property was beautiful and peaceful. William was welcoming and helpful in answering our questions."

"Upon arrival, I was greeted with confusion and told I did not have a reservation. The host picked through his computer telling me he had no record of my reservation. I showed him the numerous emails and confirmation from Verbo and they still could not find it. He asked me to show where I had paid for it so I provided the confirmation. Ultimately, he agreed I had a reservation and after approximately half an hour I was directed to the cabin. The host approached me at the cabin and told me they had worked out the first two nights however I would have to leave a day earlier as it was reserved by another person for that night. At that point i didn’t contest further and altered my plans to stay in another location for that night. Later the host approached the cabin again and said that I could actually stay the full three days. At that point I had made other plans and did not want to yet again alter my plans so we left a day earlier. In short, I payed for three nights and only stayed two. Other than that the cabin was very nice and the woman who cleaned was very friendly and nice. Not sure why they didn’t have the ability to verify through verbo that I had a reservation but it made for a very awkward situation."
