「Right at the beach! Perfect!」

「The hotel was in good location, had a great breakfast. In the room, there was a constant beeping sound. We have complained once and it was fixed for a while. But when we came back to the room in the evening, there was the same beeping sound in the room again. We tried to call the reception but phone line was also broken. Second day, we told receptionist about the sound and phone twice but nothing happened. Until the end of our stay, the problem was not fixed , and the receptionist at...

「This is the most VFM hotel in Eilat. Not new but clean, nice breakfast Very! Nice staff and large rooms for families. Large pool (most of the time very quiet) Definitely recommend for families Thank you 😊 」

「I have stayed at many 5 star properties but the level of customer appreciation in this family friendly hotel would put them to shame. Any request was responded to promptly and with a smile. Employees seemed happy and that translated into service. Kudos to the manager. We were a large group(3 suites- 5 adults and 3 children). Meals were buffet style with food options for vegans, vegetarians and children always available. I would definitely come back.」
