"Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. "We were only aim Antwerp for one night so we were looking for a convenient location, and this hit the mark. Practically steps away from the train station. The room itself was incredibly nice. Staff was friendly. Very nice bar/lounge area. Made for a great place to have a cocktail after, a long afternoon out sightseeing or a nightcap. For a one night stay, it was absolutely perfect. During an eight night trip throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, the room here was the nicest that we encountered. Very large room with a lot of nice amenities. "
