「I thoroughly recommend this property. The numerous pots of beautiful flowers welcome you when you arrive, the property and food very good and the staff go the extra mile. Nothing not to like. We will return when in the area. Thank you so very much to all at The Bull Inn.」

「At check in time of 3pm it was disconcerting to discover the pub was closed with sign on door asking those arriving to ring a mobile number. This we did and someone did appear, promptly, and checked us in explaining that there were electrical issues in the pub but the rooms were unaffected. He confirmed breakfast would still be available and each of our three mornings Kevin arrived and cooked a great breakfast to order. Breakfast was a bit lacking in the extras - not a great choice of cereals...

「Check-in and out were quick and friendly. The staff were busy but always pleasant and willing to help. My dinner was OK and breakfast excellent. The room was clean, my mattress a little lumpy and a fan would have been useful during the unusual heat wave. Overall I would definitely recommend the White Horse to any visitor.」

We had to ask for more coffee, pastries and eggs many times. However, the staff always acted to resolve the issues as soon as they could.」

「A lovely location and great facilities. Great staff and bar area had a lovely atmosphere. Morning breakfast was delicious with attentive staff. Rooms were very quiet, hotel had a lift which is very convent as the steps are steep to the 2nd floor. The rooms are a little tired and the bathroom window privacy screening is in desperate need of replacement. Kettle is completely scaled up and cups were also dirty so this needs to be addressed.
