"Bad customer service, the room was not ready at 3 pm even after arriving early . Iv stayed in better hotels in that area . The staff told my kids to stop playing rough while waiting for the room . They are 2 boys who had been travelling al morning and were in lounge meant to play lol . Not kid friendly."

"The room was ok. Clean. Chair was broken. Bed high of ground hard to just sit on it.
Pop machine broken.
Breakfast -milk dispenser broken, not a lot of options.
We were on ground floor we like having door to outside.
Over all for cost not bad."
