"This is a premiere property! It feels very spacious (house and grounds), with room to spread out and enjoy various activities. It is equipped with anything anyone could ever want -- kitchen, board games, pool towels, you name it! The location is convenient to everything -- yet it feels quiet and secluded. Lots of lovely flowers, well-tended. Love this vacation home!"

"While the property is incredibly located and the interior was clean upon arrival, it's clear this home is managed by a large company, with little care for details. The house needs significant updating and repair. We were unable to use to the main doors leading to the yard. We needed to weed the outdoor shower ourselves to use it. There were several raised nails on the wooden steps/porch. The third bedroom advertised is directly connected to the main bedroom with little privacy between the two. The house also does not come with a local beach permit, which is required to park at the Eastham public beaches. The property absolutely served its purpose, but given the premium we paid, I'd expect more care and amenities. "
