Mint House is perfect whether you're going downtown via Lyft or driving to the outskirts. You can hear the train as it goes by but the hallways and property are quiet. The pool is heated but shallow. Overall a wonderful stay.

The room was terrible, dirty shower, walls full of marks and scrapes, dents and stains all over the place floor was gross, the sofa was dirty with food crusted on top of it. Shower had no water pressure, literally water stream is 10” from the wall no further.. the shower floor had a spider like puncture ...

Just treat it as if your walking the streets of downtown bc it is still Metro-Davidson County City Limits. Hermitage is just an annex of Nashville and when you look at it on your gps you’ll see how close to Downtown MusicCity it actually is.
Would never recommend your motel to anyone ever again.
Never stay there.
Not much around, but it’s about 20 mins to downtown Nashville.
The room was clean and bed was comfortable
The only problem there was no towels or wash rags in the room
