"Busted water faucet water running all night into the morning , I called front desk and asked if we could move to another room.the young lady who answered my call did not know,because she said that she was in training but would try to notify her manager, After 12:30 am we were told we must move to another room. We got know sleep because of the in&out of the room by maintenance people we moved to the 3rd floor where construction was being done no sheets. Just was satisfying at all."

The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, offering us water and engaging in genuine conversation. They were even thoughtful enough to give my daughter a treat and extra beverages when we checked out! I was also very impressed by the breakfast service; they consistently checked the quality and brought out fresh eggs and pastries throughout the morning. "Amazing location close enough to most attractions in Houston, and just far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. The view in the back yard is perfect and great for bird watching as well. The home was clean and a fantastic way to end along evening. The host is amazing and communicated/responded very quickly. Check in was exceptionally easy as well!!! Great stay if you plan on visiting the Houston area."

"There were rooms that were locked appropriately with a master lock and other rooms that were mysterious and locked by magnet. In our eyes, the home owner could have been there or anyone else in those rooms. The railing on the top deck was falling off and not safe. It would be easier to fall the from the deck three floors above ground. Lighting in the house was not sufficient. "
