"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"Was not aware it was a hostel. It didn’t say on the listing. Paid for breakfast but it was very minimal to nothing. Had to pay for towels toilets were shared amongst other people."

"Did the job perfectly for stopping before going up to La clusaz. It’s small and functional but bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and everything was clean. Generally very good for the price "
