Exclusive apartment (3 rooms, 85 sqm) in a quiet location, only 50m to the beach!

The Villa Elisabeth in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf was built in the imperial era in the beautiful style of the spa architecture and consists of an ensemble of two buildings, the front house and the garden house. Both listed buildings have been extensively restored. Our spacious and tastefully furnished apartment has been extensively renovated by us recently and is located on the first floor of the garden house with a total of only four residential units. It consists of a large living room with loggia, two separate bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with window and separate guest toilet. All rooms have flat screen TVs in the living room with 107cm screen diagonal. The kitchen is complete with built-in cooker (four plates), dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and of course glasses, dishes and cutlery. An initial supply of towels and bed linen is free of charge. Two parking spaces are also included in the rental price. Only 50m to the beach.

A spacious clean apartment in a historical villa, we felt very good there. Just a step from the see. I totally recommend to visit and will come again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

die geräumige Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Promenade und Zentrum von Heringsdorf.Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und gut. Die Küche, und da vor allem die Ausstattung, könnte wieder eine Erneuerung vertragen. Das Hinterlassen von Produkten des Vermieters in Küche und Bad haben nicht zum Wohlfühlen beigetragen.

nicht empfehlenswert

Ferienwohnung nicht zu empfehlen. Leider war die Ferienwohnung nicht so wie wir dachten. Laut der vielen positiven Bewertungen erhofften wir uns eine Wohlige und saubere Wohnung. Der erste Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Wohnung mit vielen privaten Sachen und vor allem Lebensmittel in den Schränken ausgestattet ist. Beim genaueren Betrachten gibt es viele Schmutzecken. Die Bürste zum Abwaschen hat noch Speisereste der letzten Benutzung. Der Mülleimer ist so dreckig das es nicht mehr schön ist. Im Bad ist die WC Bürstengarnitur verschmutzt und die Klobürste so locker, dass man Sorge hat, sie fällt bei Benutzung ab. Die Dusche ist verkalkt und unansehnlich. Private Sachen auch hier in Schränke verteilt. Der Ostseesand war in jedem Zimmer. Es gibt keinen Balkon und der Garten kann nicht zum verweilen genutzt werden. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass der Eigentümer die Wohnung nur kurzfristig vermietet und demnächst wieder selbst dort wohnt. Ein Zimmer ist für privat abgeschlossen. Das Gäste WC ist nicht in der Wohnung. Aus hygienischen Gründen, sollen die Gäste die Betten selbst abziehen und zusammen mit den Handtüchern in einen Müllsack packen !!! Der Geschirrspüler muss ausgeräumt sein !! ( zeitlich mit Frühstücken und 10 Uhr Abreisen eine Zumutung) Hier stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht überein. Fazit: Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft nicht!! Bilder vorhanden!

ruhige Lage zwischen der sog. 1. und 2. Reihe von Villen

Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt ruhig und nah zum Strand. Von zwei Straßen aus ist sie zu erreichen. Die Nutzung eines Fahrradkellers ist möglich. Für uns (jeweils 61 Jahre) waren die Ledersofas sowie der Ledersessel zu tief und zu weich. Der Esstisch und die Stühle waren vorzüglich. Hervorzuheben ist die gute Betreuung der Wohnung vor Ort mit einer freundlichen Kommunikation per Telefon.

War ein schöner Urlaub. Große Ferienwohnung, sehr viel Platz. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man stundenlang ,auf sehr guten Fahrradwegen ,fahren. Wir werden bestimmt mal wiederkommen.

Schöne Fewo

Die Fewo ist sehr schön und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Geschirr und Bestecke wären ausreichend für eine Party mit 20 Personen 😃. Auch sind Gewürze, Essig / Öl ausreichend vorhanden. Gestört hat uns leider der völlig verkalkte Wasserkocher und dass viele Schränke / Schubladen mit Gegenständen der Eigentümerin belegt sind. Lediglich die beiden Schlafzimmer stehen den Mietern komplett zur Verfügung. Gerade im Bad möchte man keine Schubladen mit angebrochenen Utensilien von fremden Menschen vorfinden. Die Gästetoilette befindet sich eine halbe Etage unter der Fewo im Treppenhaus. Wir haben sie nicht benutzt. Info für zukünftige Fewo-Mieter: die Mülltonnen befinden sich rechts hinter einer hohen Hecke, wenn man das Haus verlässt. Alles in allem waren wir mit der ruhigen Unterkunft und der Lage zum Strand zufrieden, deshalb die 5 Sterne. P.S.: Wünschenswert wäre eine exaktere Wegbeschreibung, da die Anfahrt zum Parkplatz durch eine Baustelle verdeckt wird. Nach 8-stündiger Anreise möchte man nicht gern lange herum irren.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, vor allem das Wohn- und Esszimmer bietet viel Platz zum ausbreiten und zusammen sitzen. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, man fühlt sich rundum wohl! Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und unkompliziert. Bei Fragen kann man jederzeit anrufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung in Toplage, aber ...

Die Wohnung ist von Lage und Ausstattung her top. Etwas irritierend ist, dass an so vielen verschiedenen Stellen Habseligkeiten des Vermieters zu finden sind. Die Sachen zu bündeln oder in geschlossenen Kisten zu verwahren, wäre besser. Bei den Anweisungen, wie die Wohnung zu hinterlassen ist, wäre ein Hinweis auf die sehr versteckten Mülltonnen (rechts hinter einer hohen Hecke) sinnvoll. Der Begriff Wohnzimmer mit Loggia ist irreführend - eine Loggia ist mindestens zur Außenseite hin offen - bei dieser Wohnung ist es ein geschlossener Erker. Die Kommunikation mit FeWo.de war eine Katastrophe, die Seiten waren ganz oft nicht zu erreichen.

Empfehlenswert

Nach kurzer Verwirrung wegen zwei verschiedenen Kühlschränken (einer voll, der zweite leer) konnten wir das aber recht schnell direkt mit unserem Vermieter klären. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt in Strandnähe, ruhig und mittig zwischen Heringsdorf und Albeck. Die Wohnung war sauber, alles war da und die Größe perfekt für eine 4-köpfige Familie.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

sehr strandnah und ca. 10 Gehminuten zur Seebrücke in 2. Reihe gelegen und daher ruhiger als direkt an der Promenade, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat sehr gut organisiert und freundliche Ansprechpartnerin telefonisch vor Ort Parkplatz gehört mit zur Ferienwohnung, was in Heringsdorf auch noch mal ein großes Plus ist die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man eher das Gefühl hat zu Besuch zu sein, als in einem Urlauberobjekt

Top-Lage, alles da für den Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die privat vermietete FeWo hat alles, was man für den Urlaub mit bis zu vier Personen so braucht. Großzügig geschnitten, 100m Fußweg bis zum Strand, perfekt für den Urlaub am Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
