Located a few miles outside of the World renowned book town of Hay-on-Wye. the 'upside down' living space and kitchen offer far reaching views over the beautiful Herefordshire countryside through floor to ceiling windows. A large wood burner keeps you cosy in colder months, and enjoy the beautiful terrace and views from the small orchard opposite the barn.
