DETAILS TO NOTE
* We provide guests with bedlinen, clean fresh towels & and access to free super fast WIFI.
* There are 2 washing machines in the communal areas NOT in the apartment.Guests are able to access the whole property, check-in is completed using door codes, details are provided to the guest at 9am on the day of arrival.
* Our Cancellation policy is 3 days before check-in is fully refundable, anytime after the 3 days before is non-refundable.*
* The property is accessed using 2 flights of stairs (no lift).
* Please note, our office operates until 9 pm. Should your check-in occur after this time, we regret that we won't be available to address general enquiries until 9 am the following morning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests. In case of emergency you will be prompted to leave a voicemail on our general number provided to you with arrival information.
*Please be advised that any unapproved late check-out or early check-in will incur charges due to the disruption caused to our cleaning schedule. To avoid inconveniences, kindly ensure prior written agreement for any adjustments to the standard check-in and check-out times.

As an agency we will require the primary guest to electronically sign a pre check-in form, which includes the rental agreement. * The city centre is pedestrianised and vehicle access is only allowed between limited times.
* There is NO parking available however local public car parks can be found a few minutes walk away.
* Unfortunately this property is unable to accept pets.
