Absolute nightmare and a safety hazard for families. We arrived at 10:15 PM with our two young daughters only to find the lockbox empty. No key was provided.
When we called, we were told to wait 25–60 minutes on a dark, deserted street near midnight for a "locksmith." As a parent, leaving my children on a sidewalk in the middle of the night is not an option. The property manager showed zero empathy and offered no apology. This is a fundamental breach of contract—they failed to provide the accommodation we paid for. They are now refusing a refund, claiming we "chose" to leave. We didn't choose to leave; we were forced to find safety. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your family’s safety.
