We stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are good, you also have a sitting area next to the bed. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the breakfast, it was different each day and there was even special things like salmon. The location is beautiful with a beautiful view at the water.

Nice Hotel out in Nowhere

Ok hotel but a bit shabby and the cleaning could be improved. Stepped on leftovers from previous guests and thre was no soap by the sink. Nice personelle (as always in Norway) and the breakfast was decent without any excesses.

We stayed at 5 hotels in our 8 day visit to Norway. Hotell Koselig and another in a busier urban setting were our favorites, but for different reasons. Hotell Koselig is owned and staffed by very nice and thoughtful people, as was demonstrated by ensuring our room was ready and warm even though we had only made the reservation an hour prior and the assistance offered and given to carry our bags up the stairs. In the morning, another staff member asked if we had slept well, remembering I had shared how little sleep we'd gotten the night before. This attitude towards guests made us feel welcome in a way a larger hotel simply cannot do. The hotel is in a small town, sitting just above a neighborhood of houses and small shops. It is quiet can clean and we appreciated that. The breakfast was simply fantastic. Thank you for the hospitality.

Koselig sted og god middag på Koselig restaurant nede i sentrum. Vi fikk greit familierom med plass for 3 seniorer på mc tur. Fantastisk område for mc også, kom fra rundtur på Hitra og Frøy.

Hyggelig betjening, bra service. Spurte om vi kunne sjekke inn tidlig, men det var ikke mulig. Var julebord der til over midnatt, men plaget ikke oss. Det som var negativt, var at sengene er altfor myke - muligens de burde byttes ut?
