We received the notice that there were no longer single used plastic shampoo/conditioner, bottles, which was fine. However, we were very surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at all. We expected that there would be multi use items attached to the wall.
That was a miss as far as communication goes.
Was also concerned about safety/security, recognizing there is no obstacle for anyone to enter the hotel guest levels. The elevators were not protected by a key card to go up to guest rooms. You could go directly from the street up to guest level with never encountering a staff member.

Fantastic service, nice room and amenities (lots of towels, lots of coat hangers, a cordless phone charger). Great bar/restaurant in the building and overall great location for walking and access to the SkyTrain. Definitely would stay here again.
