"We stayed here so as to have a quiet time before beginning a long flight. As the hotel was on a bus route, we were able to travel to the airport and then into London on the Elizabeth Line, Piccadilly Line or Heathrow Express. The common areas were really enjoyable, for drinks or ordering food from a menu that offered a good variety of options. Our room was large, had a fridge, enough power point and USB points, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very good indeed with large thick towels, and enough of them. The staff could not have been more efficient and friendly. They were really lovely at check-in, check-out and at the bar."

"Excellent check in with an unexpected upgrade. Room good with working air conditioning (important in London these days). The room service menu said everything was available 24/7. When I asked for a club sandwich at 10.30pm I was told there was only salads or pizza. Breakfast a large buffet with some very good items and some less good."
