"Room was newly refurbished and design choices were not useful: a pillar in front of the TV for example and curtains which were not intuitive to find to close. We were also up sold to a superior king room and actually only had 2 twin beds. We complained ans received a refund."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Wide choice of food and beverages. Close to public transport which gave easy access in and out of the city centre. Room adequate with bare essentials. "
