「Our twelfth stay in coot (first in 2012) excellent cottage, very comfortable for the two of us. The location of Cranmer is perfect for cycling (complete with a secure bike store).whilst the country lanes and by-roads offer almost traffic free routes. Wildlife is always around and the in house activity room and swimming pool are available should the weather be poor. Already booked twice fior 2026」

「A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win.
The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. 」

「Very much enjoyed the location for journeys to the local beaches. We liked the outside space and inside particularly the sizeable wet room/ shower but the living area was a little small for us. Enjoyed the places to walk round in the property and it was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout. The outside area was enclosed enough for our dog but a small dog could potentially get under the gate 」
