"Hotel was stylish space. Nice atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious."

"This hotel is located right close to the station, Glasgow Central. So it is really convenient. Hotel staffs were friendly and had good hospitality. The only issue was elevator. There are two but one was under repair. Only one elevator could not offer enough capacity. We had to wait for the elevator coming every time we used it."

"チェックイン、チェックアウトも機械化されていて、とてもスムーズに手続きできました。 私の部屋だけかもしれませんが、シャワーの温度が低いこと、エアコン設定が強制的に21℃になってしまい、部屋が寒かったです。"

"早朝のバスに乗らないといけなかったので、当ホテルを選びました。バスターミナルまで、徒歩2分。スーパーも近くにあり。スタッフ３人と話しましたが、私の下手な英語にも丁寧に接してくれました。本当に当ホテルを選んで良かったと思っています。"

"We liked the location. It was close to both bus station and metro station. The bus stop was a bit tricky to find though. It was behind the building, and there’s a short cut pass between the buildings. But buses delayed often and a bit more expensive. We liked metro though. The station was less than 10 minutes walk and it was quite punctual, clean and reasonable. We didn’t like the bathroom. It smelled, and maybe because it was accessible for wheelchairs, but we didn’t like the all flat bath even without a shower curtain. "

"部屋も広く気持ちよく過ごせました。全体に上質です。不満はなくぜひまた利用したいです。ホテルの駐車場は満車でしたので、徒歩5分ぐらいのCharing Cross City Parkingというホテル提携駐車場を利用しました。"
