"Location of the house is within the grounds of the owners property so is private and not overlooked by neighbours. Quiet and peaceful. The cottage is quite old inside and is in need of updating and modernising. We heard mice in the bedroom but this is to be expected as the house is in woodland. Overall a pleasent stay."

Zur Ankunft erwartete uns ein Obstteller und - unerwarteter Weise - ein zweites Schlafzimmer, so dass die Schlafcouch zusammengeklappt bleiben konnte. Die FeWo ist ordentlich ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und einladend. Von Melbeck aus lassen sich Lüneburg und Umgebung bequem mit dem Auto erkunden. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge ins Umland, für Trips nach Hamburg direkt sollte man mit dem Auto bis Harburg ins P+R-Parkhaus und dann mit der Bahn fahren. "Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und da sie vorher nicht vermietet war, hätten wir sie schon vormittags beziehen dürfen. Unsere kleine Tochter konnten wir überall krabbeln lassen, da die Ferienwohnung sogar bis in die letzte Ecke sehr sauber war. Den Garten konnten wir aufgrund des schlechten Wetters leider nicht nutzen, dafür haben wir den Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer genossen."
