「What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. The only thing I would perhaps change was to have an actual buffet where the guest were to chose what they wanted to eat. Still,...

Vorweg: Aussicht top: Dann hört es leider aber auch gleich. Preise eher genug. Beim Abendessen die vegetarische Auswahl de facto inexistent. Frühstück gab es eine Art Käse (Hobelkäse), Assugrin gibt es nicht, oder sie wissen nicht, was es ist (vielleicht eine sprachliche Barriere), sie haben Sinalco zero. Beim Check-in muss man selber online einchecke mit Dokumenten-Nummer. Das wäre noch einigermassen okay…. mich ignorieren, aber meinen Partner wie einen König behandeln finde ich...
「Wir waren nur eine Nacht und hatten ein Günstigeres Zimmer mit gemeinschaftsbad. Das Zimmer war aber sehr ansprechend mit Balkon, Das Gemeinschaftsbad Lag direkt gegenüber. Der sbereich mit seinem grossen speisesaal der terrasse bietet ein einmalige aussicht auf den walen see und die Umgebung. Personal super freundlich Und der bereich um das hotel nett und aufenthaltsfreundlich angelegt. 」

「Accueil très chaleureux par la patronne. HOTEL familial perdu au fond d’une vallée. Style ancien mais très propre, pratique fonctionnelle, fonctionnel, grandes chambres. HOTEL à 1000 mètres d altitude. Repas possible sur place, dernière commande à 19h30, carte limitée mais correcte à prix suisses par contre….petit déjeuner correct avec Ovomaltine et surtout machine à café Jura topissime. On recommande, bon rapport qualité prix en Suisse.」
「Lovely hotel just few minute walk to the lake and restaurants. The room was big and the beds were good enough. The check-in process was easy but we faced issues with checkout. Had to contact Expedia. They couldn’t help us. Called the number printed next to the machine and after few trials were able to check out over the phone. 」
