The room was very spacious and clean. The location was also great - it was a very short walk from shopping, though the nearest malls close early (around 7pm). The room also had lots of amenities that were important to us, such as a washer and drier, small stove and a microwave. There was also a good amount of space for dining, relaxing and opening up our luggages. The staff were friendly and checkin was very easy. The bathroom was also unexpectedly large and had a jacuzzi bath tub in it, which was very nice. However, we did notice that the shower walls were quite grimy. Fortunately, that was the only part of the entire apartment that wasn't spotless. All in all, we still really enjoyed this stay and would recommend it for families.

Central to tourist attractions around Kanazawa, and right next to the fish market. On site restaurant was phenomenal for dinner [need to book separately]. Breakfast includes local specialties and great value for money.

Great place, very close to the train station. Staff were courteous and helpful. Place was clean, felt cozy but there was plenty of space for our bags. They offer a good selection of toiletries and teas.

Great staff great hotel. Loved the restaurant and the bath house. Get the breakfast option was fab.
