"This is one of the Best. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me, and this place was immaculate. It is two minutes from the train station, and I couldn't hear any train noises. If I ever visit Bilbao again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. "

"The location in the old town could not be beaten, loads of bars, restaurants and local shops. Having said that our room was so quiet so the soundproofing is brilliant. Check in was smooth and quick. Our room was well decorated, spacious and spotless, the bed was comfortable and linens a good quality. The only drawback for us was the open bathroom, although the toilet had a door the shower area only had a curtain. However this wouldn't prevent me from staying here again."

"We had a room facing the interior courtyard and it was very quiet, even on a Saturday night. Staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. Good location with everything within walking distance. Hotel gives you a discount to park in the parking garage right across the street, but be forewarned, the parking garage people don’t speak English and the staff was rude. "The receptionists were so lovely and helpful. The self check-in was easy and straightforward. The room was comfortable and clean. It’s located in old town, you have a pick of restaurants close-by. Anything good is in walking distance. 10/10 would recommend. "

L'emplacement est fabuleux sur une rue piétonne près de plein de restos et de la mer. Il faut environ 10 minutes pour se rendre au parking payant 27 Euro/jour mais ça vaut le coup. "This place is located besides the Basilica in the old part of town. It is old but very clean. The room I had was a bit small but adequate for one person. There is no AC but even with 34°C outside the room was comfortabel. There is a stairlift from street level to the reception area and an elevator to the next floors.
